New and welcoming apartment in an elegant and private residence with large seawater swimming pool, a few steps from the sea and a few minutes from the centre; in the most sought after area of Corralejo.
There is parking outside the property and there is also a supermarket 100 meters away. At 300 meters there is the El Campanario shopping center.
The apartment is located in an excellent position within the structure with a view of the swimming pool from all rooms including the terrace equipped with table, chairs and parasol.
It is very bright, with attention to detail, with refined furnishings and equipped with all comforts: LCD TV, DVD, satellite TV, free high-speed internet.
The kitchen is separate and well equipped (fridge with freezer, 4 burner hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine).
From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace, with a sofa bed that acts as a second bedroom, then there is the open terrace where it is possible to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, in total privacy.

Great location

The property is set on a very large complex but is really quiet.Pool is salt water, which suited us, sunbrellos are free to use.Apartment is clean and well looked after, everything you need if you want a meal in.Close to the beach, if you want the town, then not far to walk or catch a taxi, perfect retreat.Lucia, the house manager was great, even there at 23.30 when we had a nightmare getting through passport control, definitely stay again.

Relax

This has been one of the most relaxing weeks vacation that we have had in a very long time. Everything flowed from the flight out to being greeted by Mrs Morgana. Hand over was easy . It's a very good size apartment (note steps up to the property are steep). It was clean and tidy. The pool is just a few steps away. The neighbours Ken and his wife are friendly and helpful. Mrs Morgana used text to keep in touch just to make sure we were happy with everything. The beach is close by, we walked into town a few times lots of shopping there also local market in the nearby Commercial Centre. Plenty of bars cafes and restaurants about too.

Quiet place

The property is very clean and very well furnished with lots of space. The bed wasT comfortable although the mattress was too small for the bed frame. The shower was very good. The location is very quiet which was ideal but it is an easy stroll into the main strip or stroll along the beach into town, beach is 2 mins from the property.There is a very nice pool with plenty room around it although too cold for us but there were some hardy souls using it.The tv has channels from all over Europe if you need to catch up.The only downside for us was the outside space was not ideal, small terrace looking directly onto adjoining buildings, not a great place to sit and no sun loungers. We had an issue with a broken parasol and the safe key did not fit the safe lock. The agent Morgana eventually turned up after failing to twice but nothing was done to resolve the issues in the 4 weeks we were there.

An apartment that ticked all the boxes for us!

Lovely quiet residential location not far from restaurants, bars and supermarket all within walking distance. The local beach is only a few minutes walk away. The beautiful sandy 'dunas' beaches are also nearby which we did walk to but we are keen walkers! The apartment is well kept and overlooks the fab pool - which is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and brollies. Apartment has a very comfortable bed, plenty of seating in the sitting rooms, kitchen has all that is needed with a dining area, bathroom well appointed. The outside patio has sunbeds. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning, it has very sunny aspect and is very sheltered. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be able to return.

Great Apartment

We had a fabulous holiday. We stayed here for 5 weeks. Apartment was spotless when we arrived had everything that we needed and I couldn't fault anything. It is the best equipped apartment I have ever stayed at. Yes you don't get sun in late afternoon or evening but the fabulous pool does as does the beach across the road. you do get the sun early morning and early afternoon. Walk into town didn't take long and shorter walk by beach with bars to stop off and have refreshments. Thank you Loris for having us. .

Lovely Apartment in a Quiet Area

The apartment has everything that you might need in it. Its very comfortable and was very clean when we picked up the keys. It has a fabulous pool which was never busy and always clean. I enjoyed the fact that it was a quiet area just 2 minutes from the beach. It took 10 to 15 minutes to walk in to the town along the lovely beach walk, which wasn't a problem for us. Communication with the property owner resolved any queries we had pretty quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a really great holiday and I would be happy to come back again.

Mariposa Casa just off Grandes Playa

Communication with Loris was very good. Checking in with Morgana was brilliant and we got into the apartment earlier than stated. I asked for recommendations restaurants and she gave us some excellent choices. The apartment is in a quiet area. Far from the main drag of Corralejo but I knew this when I booked. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is a good size . The only downside was that there was no cutlery. A quick message to Morgana and this was sorted the next day. We felt that the apartment was in need of a bit of an update and refresh, but all in all it did not spoil our stay. We love Feurteventura.

Fabulous Apartment

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated, absolutely ideal location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was cleaned every day and there were plenty of sunbeds. The apartment had a private terrace area with 2 sunbeds. A very enjoyable, relaxing break, just what was needed!

Lovely Holiday Apartment

Thank you Loris for allowing us to stay in your lovely Holiday Apartment. The Apartment was spotless clean and well equipped. The Apartment is close to the beach, shopping centre and it is a lovely walk along side the beach to the main town. Communication excellent with the owner and we were met by Mrs Morgana who was the local contact. As Spain was about to go into lockdown Mrs Morgana gave us regular updates via whatsapp which we really appreciated. Thank you. Quiet Location

This apartment is fully equipped, i. e. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ring hob, TV, dvd player, satellite TV. It is part of a mainly residential complex in a quiet area of Corralejo and has a large communal pool and a smaller children's pool. There is an express supermarket a short walk away, or there is the larger one at the Campanario along with other shops and restaurants an easy 5 minute walk away. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and about 10-15 minutes to the Palmero shopping centre in the main part of Corralejo with the music Square a further 5-10 minute walk. If you stay in nights, the DVD player is great as there isn't much in the way of English speaking channels although the TV has a facility to change from Spanish to English if the original film or programme has English dialogue. Thoroughly recommend the apartment if you don't mind the walk to/from the main strip

Fantastic holiday

Latest stay in Corralejo.

We have stayed a number of times in Corralejo and always been happy with our holiday this particular area we have not stayed in before, as we like to go out in the evening for a meal or drinks the area had a main centre the Campanario which had shops restaurants just what we needed! But we found it very quiet and to our amazement things started to wind up around 10/10.30pm so if you wanted to stay up a little later you needed to go down into Corralejo it’s self which was a 25min walk each way , not major I realise but could be a drag if you did it every night !! The beach was good and also we found a nice little bar /restaurant but unfortunately closed at 7pm !! What a shame would have been perfect for an evening or two sitting looking over the bay . We will be back to Corralejo again but it may not be this particular spot.

Loris' Apartment Corralejo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Apartment . To start the weather was perfect with a lovely breeze that kept the temperature comfortable. This apartment is spotless and very spacious with everything you need for a great holiday. All the cooking utensils to prepare a full meal or snacks. We didn't use the Kitchen a lot only for light breakfasts as the restaurants are quite cheap and there are dozens to choose from. Nearest shopping centre is 10 minutes walk and the main strip of shops, restaurants and bars with entertainment is a further 10 minutes, but taxis are very cheap if you don't want to walk. Th beach is 2 minutes across the road from the accommodation. There is a Supermarket just around the corner from the Apartment for your basic needs with fresh bread every morning. Loris can organise a return transfer from the Airport quite cheap if you so wish. A fantastic holiday and we would definitely use this apartment if we ever come to Fuerteventura again. A fantastic 12 days!

Just back from a very enjoyable holiday at Loris's apartment. The apartment was excellent and spotlessly clean with everything and more you could possibly need. The swimming pool was superb and always very quiet with plenty sunbeds. The walk into the Strip took about 15 minutes and also a 5 minute walk round into The Campanario Centre which had lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants too. A small supermarket was just a few minutes round the corner which was very handy. The sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk along the coastal path which is just across the road from the apartment where there is a lovely beach bar serving great food and drinks. The booking from start to finish was very smooth and a lovely housekeeper met us on arrival and departure at the apartment. Would certainly return and highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay

Great property in a great location. The photos are an exact replica of the apartment. It had everything we needed from swimming towels to ice blocks in the freezer. There were even big mugs which was a bonus for us British tea drinkers! The internet was fast and we were able to watch online videos with no problem at all. The outside area literally only has room for 2 sun beds, so you can’t put the washing on the dryer outside, but there is enough room in the sun room for it and our clothes dried quickly in there. The pool and pool area are lovely and very quiet and only a minutes walk from the apartment. We stayed in April/ May and there was hardly ever anyone there and very few kids as it was during term time. We were often the only ones there. It’s a sheltered area so when the beach is too windy it’s a great spot. Plenty of sun beds in good condition and umbrellas too. The pool is lovely although a bit chilly, but we are wimps at getting in! It’s just across the road from the beach but you need to walk a bit further to get to the swimming area and sun beds. It’s a 20 minute walk into Corralejo on the road or 15 minutes along the beach. All in all a great apartment and we would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment

The complex is very clean and quiet also very handily placed for the beaches (5 mins) , a shopping centre with an excellent supermarket, bars, cafes and shops is again only a 5 min walk away just past the bus station. To reach the main strip its about a 15 min walk whether you go on the top rd (top of strip), or the Av Grandes Playa (200/300 mtrs from top) or for further down or the Old Town harbour area again 15-20 min on the beach. As for the apt its furnished and equipped to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. The outside terrace gets the sun from early morning until early aft and theres plenty of space to chill out.

Perfect Break

Great property and location, everything you could need for your stay and a short walk to the centre of town. The terrace is a sun trap from early morning to late afternoon. Spotlessly clean as was the communal areas round the pool etc. All the mod cons you need and the best shower I've ever had on holiday. The communication and service received from booking right through to our stay were brilliant, very informative, helpful and all added up to a very relaxed enjoyable break. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
