The villa is located within a very quiet complex, which has 4 swimming pools, two of them for children, and is located in Corralejo, 10 minutes walking from the great beaches and the town center.

It has a living area with sofa, Smart TV of 43´ with UKTV, free fiber WIFI and dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped. It has three bedrooms, with single and double beds, three full bathrooms with bathtubs, showers and videts. It features three different terraces with sofa, table and chairs, sunbeds....one of the terraces with direct access to the pool area.

Both bath towels and bed linen are included.

The complex is 15 minutes walk from the marina, where ferries leave for Lanzarote. Fuerteventura Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Lovely stay

Don't Worry its Very Good

Everything as described and in a great location to get to the big beach one way or the town the other. Villa itself is actually better than the photos would suggest. Plenty of kitchen equipment and all very clean and tidy. UK TV channels were BBC1-2, ITV, Channel 4-5 and BBC News which was more than previous rentals here. Numerous eateries nearby, a bakery and a small supermarket within 150m. Nice beds and quiet at night. Only negative is it really needs the clothes dryer moved up onto the roof as its so shaded on the rear terrace. But I still give it a 5 star its that good. Thanks Jose, see you again.

Relaxing Stay

Everything was as expected.Good communication from the start of booking.Meet and greet with Josa spot on .Villa as discribed just a couple of little niggles .There is a problem drying your clothes after washing them due to terrace being in the shade.I would suggest a clothes dryer on the roof terrace would easily solve the issue.You also need to stagger the shower times as the system cannot cope Otherwise excellent time thank you

A month in Corralejo

Have returned today from a months stay at El Sultan a complex we have stayed on a number of times. The property was perfect for our group in celebrating my 60th birthday and my wife and my retirement. Beautiful complex and wonderful property - I am sure we will return - thank you Jose :-)

A wonderful 2 week holiday in Corralejo

After nearly 6 years renting properties in Majorca we decided on fuerteventura for our holidays this year! Jose property was everything and more than we could have hoped for. Great location for the local shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Las dunas playa. The kids loved the pool and the waterpark which is nearby. The villa was perfect for are needs. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to a flight cancellation Jose was able to extend our stay for 2 extra nights and was very helpful throughout the booking process. It would have been nice to have 2 sun beds on the roof terrace but that is a minor concern. . Plenty of clean towels and comfy beds. We would recommend this property as excellent value for money. Very Enjoyable Holiday

I have spent an enjoyable six weeks in Jose's house. The house is very close to local amenities and a short walk from the main street and local beaches. The house is very clean and spacious with excellent wifi connection. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of room to sunbathe on the roof area, and by the pool. El Sultan is a well kept secure and quiet complex. I will certainly return to Jose's house. Jose was very helpful throughout the whole rental process.

Good place to stay

Very nice house that sleeps six people comfortably. The pool is nice and is clean. The house is set up for seating four downstairs with additional chairs from the dinning table if required. When we arrived the property was clean and the linen was fresh but there is no cleaning service and no linen change for the full stay, it doesn't seem to matter how long your stay is. There is a washing machine and if you want fresh linen you are expected to wash your own, this is fine but the only drier is a wall mounted rack. We would recommend that a washing line is put on the roof terrace, which is what we did. A taxi into the centre is around four euros. There are some amenities locally, suprrmarkets, bars and restaurants. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

A great escape in beautiful Corralejo

We stayed in Jose's villa in the beautiful El Sultan development. The villa itself has 3 good-sized double bedrooms and a great kitchen diner with a private terrace outside. The place was very well maintained and a great place for a family vacation. There's some shade in the downstairs terrace but also a roof terrace if you want more direct sun. There are two pools which are always very clean and well kept within the grounds. Corralejo is a fabulous town too, with plenty of great places to eat, drink and do within easy walking distance, plus beaches and the port. Jose has been extremely helpful and communicative all the way through and I would recommend this villa highly - a great escape!

Myself and my wife stayed here for 4 weeks Jan / Feb 2018, our first impressions were not good insects crawling all over the kitchen area we had to go straight out and buy insecticide, to keep it brief I'll just list the negatives ;no sun at all on downstairs terrace, very steep stairs, no oven pans etc, no toilet paper, barbecue filthy could not use it, lots of sand and ants on sofa ie between cushions, various people with keys just walking in unannounced saying sorry wrong property ??? luckily we were in each time but very suspicious, no change of bed linen I did query this with Jose but his reply was " it's the Canaries it will dry in a day" . Out of the 4 weeks it rained approx every other day so how do you dry washing ?? the fixed washing line is permanently in the shade and there is no other washing line, we managed to rig up a washing line in one of the spare bedrooms but took several days to dry, we were just a couple but if you were 2 or 3 couples staying here it would be impossible. Overall very basic and not good, would not return !!!

The property was of a good standard and would stay again. The complex was beautiful if a little to quite. Our only little things to say that would of made it a 5 * would of been to have the pool heated seems a shame to have a beautiful that doesn't get used because it's to cold. Also clean sheets and towels once a week would of been helpful as although the property had a washing machine it was very difficult to get them dry as the property was in the shade all the time and took along time to get items dry on the patio. On a whole the property was good plenty of space for 6 of us. In a great location only 10 minute walk into main strip of corelejo and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay Thank you jose

Peaceful location close to all amenities

We loved this modern town house/Apt on a peaceful complex with well maintained pools and gardens. 3 separate bathrooms meant there was no rush to bag the shower after a day on the beach!! Loved the terraces, only suggestion might be to put some furniture on roof terrace, to avoid need to move chairs up and down stairs (minor point), we actually used the terrace overlooking the pool & enjoyed the outside grill/bbq. Local bars & restaurants were great, only 5 minute stroll away and main town was an easy 15 minute walk. We hired a car to travel to other beaches around the resort, but you can easily get around on foot. Would definitely book this accommodation when we next visit Corrajelo.

The villa is good size well situated complex lovely. What let it down was no toilet paper, no bottle water no dish cloth when we arrived. The basics should be there. Also the beds were VERY HARD..... downstairs bedroom too hot too sleep in, ceiling fans or AC a must.

Great Place!

We had a fantastic time staying at El Sultan complex. Jose was very helpful and the villa was immaculate, very comfortable and spacious. There's great outdoor space too and the complex is a nice quiet area not far from a lovely shopping centre with restaurants and a supermarket. It's also an easy walk into town for more shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a small beach within walking distance and the big beaches with the sand dunes are 5 minutes along the road by car or bus. I would definitely recommend this villa and the owner was very good at keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed. We will be back one day!

Fabulous holiday

A lovely, spotlessly clean and quiet complex with a lovely clean pool. Jose communicated with me and gave us lots of information about the area and access to the complex. Jose also answered my questions promptly and clearly. He was very helpful and accommodating. The townhouse was lovely. Everything you need and spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay here again.
