Une villa et un environnement très gratifiants

C'est la 6ème fois que nous réservons cette villa pour nos vacances d'été et c'est toujours un très bon choix. Les nouveaux proprio. ont depuis 2 ans agrémenté la piscine d'un bar couvert et c'est une excellente initiative. La partie administrative avec Interchalet et du total peace of mind.

Schönes Haus aber…

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen insofern stimmen die Bilder. Der Küchenblock und der Esszimmertisch sind mit Folie abgedeckt, das wirkt eher ungemütlich. Die Verwalterin wirkte bei der Anreise genervt, große Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Auf dem Bett nur ein dünnes Laken für 2 Personen. Zum Glück waren noch Decken ohne Bezug im Schrank. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir haben telefoniert da keine deutschen Sender im Fernsehen, nur Apple Tv. Die Kapselmaschine war sehr unappetitlich!

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit allem Komfort

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit toller Aussicht und man kann sich frei bewegen, da es keine direkte Nachbarschaft gibt. Es ist Top ausgestattet bis hin zur Poolbar. Man hat vielfältige Möglichkeiten draussen zu sitzen. Geruchsbelästigung durch die in der Nähe liegende Kläranlage hatten wir keine. Störend waren lediglich die nachts laufenden Weinerntemaschinen. Das ist aber sicher ein auf Mitte September zeitlich begrenztes Thema.

Très bon séjour.

C'est la 5ème fois que nous réservons cette villa. Les récents aménagements faits par le propriétaire ont augmenté l'agrément des lieux. De même, le jardin était particulièrement fleuri cette année et très bien entretenu.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Wasserwerks von La Mole. Die vielbefahrene D98 kann man sehen und leicht hören, stört aber nicht. Traumhaft der Überlaufpool oberhalb des Hauses, hier ist man ungestört und hat viele Sonnenstunden. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, vor allem sind ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden so dass man nicht ständig spülen muss. Bis La Mole sind es 1,5 km, geht gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Hier gibt es einen tollen Bäcker und eine kleinen SPAR Supermarkt.

sehr komfortables, ruhiges Hau...

sehr komfortables, ruhiges Haus in den Bergen, alles perfekt eingerichtet, modern, kleiner aber sehr schöner Pool, und sehr nette Vermieter. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist dass das Haus relativ weit weg von Einkaufsgelegenheiten ist. Es gibt ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft am Ort, zum Supermarkt fährt man 20 Min. nach Cogolin, ebesnso zum Tanken. Zum Meer sind es 30–40 Minuten. Wir werden vielleicht wiederkommen.
