Staff at check in was not very helpful. Arrived at 1PM and the room wasnt ready, which happens. i found it weird for a Wednesday but hey ok. They told us to come back after 4PM closwer to 5PM, which is actually unacceptable. i then asked the clerk (Maria) to text me when the room would be ready and she declined and gave me the number to call back. very poor service.

It is a terrible experience with this hotel in room 354. There is very strong chemical odor smell. Talked to the staff in reception but not help. They just tell me they are fully booked and not able to switch rooms. They even didn’t send someone to check. Stay away from it!!!!

We were in pavillon b which has 2 nice outdoor hot tubs. Twechose a riverview and the view was spectacular. There is also a small stove top, fridge, microwave andcoffee maker which is 0a great set up for breakfast. We were grateful for the shuttleas it was a steep walk (stairs) to the manoir, to golf,to the port area and to the main hotel . all in all a very nice place. We will be back.

We had a very nice stay. Room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Room service excellent. Restaurant on the premises served a full breakfast with several options to choose from. Service was excellent. Room and food reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

First off, upon returning home, we realized the hotel charged us for our entire stay twice so now waiting to get over $600 back that should never have been charged. Second, the hotel is tired. The furnishings are worn out and dated. The air conditioner is so incredibly loud that they provide you with ear plugs. The srsff

Everything was perfect. Apart from the restaurant experience where the hostess was rude to the waiter regarding an error on our bill. This could have been done in private. We received an excellent service from that waiter. And he was really really busy on that dinner.

Our room and bed were comfortable and we had a balcony. The view is good from the room, but the area around the pavilion was a bit messy due to construction next door and the pavilion feels a bit like a dormitory.
