Villa Susy - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 9

Detached villa of 216 square meters directly on the sea with private beach. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates and oven. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with stereo, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning and private parking. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. Take care, you are welcome!


One of the first houses in the area called the Carone region, very close to the one called Giardinelli. Just 20 meters from the huge terraces is its own beach for exclusive use. Literally surrounded by greenery, it is located on granite rocks in the shade of large maritime pines. Oleanders and plants of various types make it a really popular half for those who want the total relaxation of a beach house! It is only 5,400 meters from the historic center and 2.5 km from the main beaches of Caprera.


Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 100.00 EUR in cash on site.

Superb place with superb hospitality

We were impressed a lot with the place, definitely a location we'd love to spend more time. Very nice, quiet location with a lot of space and privacy, nice garden and private little beach, absolutely clean facility, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Outstanding care and support from the Magdaway host, Luca. We are indeed coming back!
