Die Unterkunft ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig mit jedoch erkennbarem Instandsetzungsstau. Das Appartement war augenscheinlich gut gereinigt, jedoch waren meine neu angezogen weißen Socken innerhalb von 10 Minuten "schwarz". Dies lässt Schlussfolgen, das schon länger nicht mehr gewischt wurde. ;) der Espressokocher hatte noch die Kaffeereste des Vormieters. Ebenso der Toaster-Grill. Hinter der Wohnungstür stand ein zerbrochener (in vielen Einzelteilen) Wischeimer. Der Lüfter im Bad knatterte um sein Leben. Der Filter war auch erkenntlich voll mit allem, was er jemeils "eingeatmet" hatte. ;) Auf unsere Hinweise dazu...erhielten wir nur die Aussage "ok Grazie". Hmm...also keine wirkliche Lösung des Problems. An sich eine sehr zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit allem nötigen, wenn zuvor erläuterte Mängel nicht gewesen wäre . Schade. Restaurants und Innenstadt innerhalb von 15 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Umgebung natürlich traumhaft schön. Aber auch sehr touristisch. Zu unserem Aufenthalt im Juni doch noch Recht angenehm.

Die Apartments sind schön groß, haben zwei Balkone zwei Schlafzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, alles ist top eingerichtet das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Problemen, Apotheke oder Starthilfe fürs Auto. Preis Leistung, einfach empfehlenswert!

Ottima soluzione considerando prezzo,dimensione delle stanze e comfort forniti. Forse non la struttura più centrale rispetto al paese ma non credo sia fondamentale se si visita la Maddalena.

La struttura è molto carina e riservata. Il personale molto gentile e cordiale. Per arrivare al centro è un po' distante....ma nulla di impossibile... L'unica pecca che ho trovato è la scarsa pulizia...per il resto è eccellente
