We apologize for the high cleaning fee, but those are the costs on the island. Money goes straight to the cleaners, and we have no alternatives.

Loved our four-night stay (September 2025) in this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. You MUST rent a boat and skipper (company recommended by the owner in the guestbook) — that day on the water with Mauro was absolutely a highlight of our month on the island. Also hiking on Caprera. The house is in a very nice neighborhood five minutes drive from the city. You will love it here, I promise.

Lovely La Maddalena

The house is beautiful and was comfortable for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we might have needed. The real stars of this home are the patio areas and the view! Absolutely could not be better! While the listing indicates that the home has three bedrooms, be aware that the third bedroom is accessed from an outside door (that is locked securely). The entrance has a slope and a number of stairs, so that is something to consider if there is anyone with mobility concerns. My only other comment is that the main bedroom’s bed was a bit firm - but that is strictly a personal preference. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable place - very separate from the town area (you will need transportation), this is an excellent choice!

Sardinian Dream Stay

The property was beautiful, clean with a spectacular location. The pictures are accurate and I would not hesitate to stay there again! The beauty of the home and the environment is absolutely stunning. The town is close by along with a wonderful market. Restaurants, transportation and nightlife are all 5 minutes by car. To see the ocean and swim in the sea everyday was magical. Federico is a wonderful host. So kind, so accommodating and always willing to help you and answer any questions. The host made our trip that much more enjoyable. Federico is a 5 star host for sure!!!

Beautify Seaside Escape

Federico's home is an absolute gem. We arrived a bit late and Laura met us and escorted our car to a quiet neighborhood less than five minutes outside of town. A quick nighttime-tour showed us the two spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning!) and two nice bathrooms, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen and large living room/dining room. The whole home is recently updated, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home immediately. We woke up to the absolutely beautiful seaside views from the covered front-patio/porch. Moving to the back yard, there's an outdoor shower, and steps which go up to a wonderful terrace with an umbrella and lounge chair with some absolutely stunning views of the sea, sailboats, and surrounding islands. Both Laura and Federico went out of their way to make sure we were well-taken care and even provided some great recommendations about places to eat and see. The house is only 10-20 minutes from some of the best beaches on the island, with quick access to La Maddalena in about 5 minutes, but without the crowds or noise of staying downtown. Do yourselves a favor: stop looking at other properties and book this one now.
