Welcome to Mazet Mireille, a 3-room villa of approximately 50 m² with a beautiful outdoor area, terrace, and small garden. It is located within a secure residential development on one of the hills of Domaine de Valcros, composed of small houses, mostly semi-detached. The entire area is adorned with trees and flowers, featuring small squares and staircases resembling a village with numerous pedestrian paths winding through a Mediterranean garden. A communal pool is available from June to the end of September.

The semi-detached house has been designed to ensure complete privacy. A well-exposed terrace opens onto the green hills surrounding. It is an ideal place to stay and explore the wonders of the region. Enjoy peace and relaxation just 7 km away from the first sandy beaches.

The Mazet Mireille features a living room with a dining area opening onto the terrace, a small equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

For your comfort: Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, Wi-Fi, and 1 numbered and private parking space. In the residence, there is free access to tennis and the pool.

Additional charges on-site: Security deposit 800€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 110€.
