15 minutes from the center of La Londe-Les-Maures, 16 minutes from the Argentière beach, 20 minutes from the L'Estagnol beach, the beaches of Hyères, Toulon-Hyères Airport, and the pier for the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Levant).
The villa: With a surface area of approximately 120 sqm and a plot of 1800 sqm with an infinity pool (9x5m), several terrace areas, a pool house with a bar, and a petanque area.
It extends over 2 levels:
Level 1: An air-conditioned double bedroom with a QueenSize bed (160200) and a terrace with a sea view. A large bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Ground floor: A large living/dining room with a fireplace and television, a large fully equipped open kitchen, all opening onto a long terrace with a sea view and pool. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with QueenSize beds (160*200) and wardrobes, a safe, a terrace with a sea view.
At the back of the villa, access is steep and not recommended for low vehicles. Another, gentler access at the front, followed by a few steps to reach the villa.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit 1600€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 220€.
Possibility to rent bed linen:

La Mandragora
Mooie woning gelegen in een heel mooie omgeving. Alle comfort is aanwezig.
Heel mooi zwembad, met een ongelooflijk zicht op de baai van Hyères en de ïles d'Hyères. Heel mooi, maar niet echt geschikt voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn.
Met de wagen kan je niet aan de inkom van het huis raken (het pad vanaf de straat is te steil). Er is een toegang via de onderkant van het perceel, maar dat houdt in dat je veel trappen moet gebruiken.
U bevindt zich in Valcros, gelegen in de heuvels, om ergens te raken is een auto of fiets noodzakelijk.
