This recently remodeled, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse condo with brand new luxurious furnishings is perfect for a small family to enjoy the beloved village of La Jolla just steps from the ocean and many boutique shops, plus gourmet and casual restaurants.
Just off of the beautiful, open kitchen with new top-of-the-line Bosch appliances is the newly furnished living area which has ample seating, a large flat screen “smart” television, air conditioning, and direct access to the private wall-to-wall balcony with ocean views.
The primary bedroom with ensuite bath feels like a tranquil oasis. Sleep soundly in this deluxe king bed with luxurious linens. There is also a flat screen “smart” TV, air conditioning, and access to the private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has everything you need: double vanity, large closet, private toilet + shower.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be converted into a king plus a work space, air conditioning and access to the private balcony. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.
