Cozy Beach Cottage with front and backyard

Char ming beach cottage in the BirdRock neighborhood on the south side of La Jolla. Three-bedroom two bathroom house with an office space that doubles as a room with a comfortable inflatable queen-size bed that has a 5-inch feather mattress on top. This is our home, we rented once a year depending on our own trips. It's within walking distance of restaurants and stores, coffee shops, and an incredible bakery called Wayfarer. Three blocks from the ocean and ocean peak views. Restaurants vary for all tastes and budgets. Within a mile of Windansea Beach, and Tourmaline Beach in the Pacific beach area, also filled with restaurants bars, and amenities such as Surf schools and bike and kayak rentals. An 8-minute drive to the Bay and Sea World without getting on the freeway.
The vacation home features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
