Urlaub in seiner schönsten Form

Wir waren jetzt das Zweite mal dort und es war wieder schön .Im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr, war das Haus bei der Übergabe sauber. Desweiteren wurde in einen neuen Boden und einen neuen Ofen investiert. Übergabe und Rückgabe waren wieder problemlos.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Hübsches gemütliches Ferienhaus, das Grundstück ein Traum, die Lage sehr gut, die Umgebung sehr ruhig ,das Meer ist fussläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Es sind französische Betten, 2 Zimmer haben eine durchgängige Matratze , 1 Zimmer 2 einzelne Matratzen,die Bettdecken sind ca. 150x 200m. Schön wäre eine Anleitung, um den Fernseher einzuschalten.

Nettes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Ruhig gelegenes Häuschen,abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Schöne Terrasse. Sehr netter Vermieter, spricht nur französich. Haus in gutem Zustand. Der Geruch, der bei den vorherigen Bewertungen erwähnt wurde, konnten wir nicht wirklich feststellen...manchmal leichter Geruch vom Kaminofen. Der Schrank, in dem das Geschirr steht riecht etwas, aber machbar. Ansonsten alles ok. Bad und Toilette waren sauber. Wir finden allerdings, dass das Haus für 6 Personen etwas zu klein ist. Strand knapp 1 km entfernt

Traumhafte Lage, aber ein bisschen Pepp fehlt.

Die Lage, das Grundstück und das Haus an sich sind sehr schön. Leider war das Bad und die Toilette nicht ganz so sauber wie man es erwartet hätte. Man hat sich nicht viel Zeit genommen zwischen den Mieterwechsel war der Eindruck. Auch am Interieur/Geschirr könnte man mal etwas Hand anlegen. Aber trotzdem hat das Haus eine gewisse Ausstrahlung. Es steht ganz oben für den nächsten Aufenthalt in der Normandie.

900 m zum Strand, großer Garten mit Schaukel, sehr nette Begrüßung mit Cidre und Keksen, zu Corona Zeiten war mir die Unterkunft nicht sauber genug, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien nicht sauber, Fußboden erst mal gewischt nach dem wir angekommen sind. Aber: Elektrogeräte gut, Fön, Spiele vorhanden, liebevolle Details (Farbkonzepte der Zimmer). Super für alle, die wie wir Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben. Niemand da, den spielende Kinder stören könnten...

Wunderbares Naturgrundstück

Als Hundebesitzer waren wir begeistert von dem großen Naturgrundstück, dass das Ferienhaus umgab. Bei Sonnenuntergang besuchten uns Hasen, die offenbar dort ihre Sassen hatten.. Die Hunde übten sich derweil in Impulskontrolle. Das Haus selbst ist schlicht, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Ja, es ist alles vorhanden, ab...

Ja, es ist alles vorhanden, aber zum grössten Teil alles alt und gammelig. Im Haus herrscht ein modriger Geruch, den ich beruflich aus Häusern mit Feuchtigkeitsschäden kenne. Der Schrank, in welchem Essgeschirr, Besteck und Gläser untergebracht waren, riecht besonders intensiv. Es war bei Ankunft nicht sauber und ist unserer Meinung nach nicht empfehlenswert, die geforderte Miete ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn ich aber ein Haus zu diesem Preis vermiete sollten stinkende Möbel und altes Besteck/ Geschirr doch ersetzbar sein. Das einzig positive ist die Nähe zum Strand, deshalb noch ein "mäßig". Aber für uns käme es auf keinen Fall nochmals in Betracht.

Die Unterkunft besticht insbes...

Die Unterkunft besticht insbesondere durch ihre Lage, charakteristisch für "Alleinlage" Wir haben uns aber auch im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist liebevoll gestaltet und mit den wichtigen technischen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und das Grundstück sehr groß und sonnig, bei Bedarf auch mit schattigen Bereichen versehen. Wir hatten einen Hund mit und dafür war es ideal. Zum Atlantik musste man nur die Straße weiter gehen und der Strand war Normandie–typisch breit und angenehm leer. Wir werden gern wieder kommen. Reisetipps: In der Region kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Wir waren besonders begeistert von den schönen kleinen Dörfern, in denen es überall noch kleine Läden, besonders viele Bäcker gibt. Auch gut ausgestattete Supermärkte waren im Umfeld reichlich vorhanden. Der nächste lag 3 km entfernt in Portbail.Der Atlantik ist immer toll. Ein Ausflug vom Ferienhaus aus nach Norden entlang der Küste mit einsamen Buchten und fast karibischem Flair, mit hohen Felsen und tollen Aussichtspunkten ist lohnenswert.
