Cosy, comfortable house. In the resort, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 80 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, planted inner courtyard. In the house: spa area. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Saint-Lo-D'Ourville Mairie" 7 km, sandy beach "Plage de Surville" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km. Nearby attractions: La Haye 12 km, Coutances 32 km, Agon coutainville 30 km, Granville 65 km, Cherbourg, cité de la mer 48 km, Le Mont saint Michel 114 km. Please note that the hot tub is not operational from October 1st to April 30th.
"Le Hamelinet", 3-room semi-detached house 90 m2, south-west facing position. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Large terrace 80 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
