Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "La Haye- Rue de Verdun" 8 km, sandy beach "Plage de surville" 3.2 km. Nearby attractions: La Haye 12 km, Coutances 34 km, Agon coutainville 34 km, Granville 65 km, Plage 3 km, Le Mont saint Michel 114 m.
"La Longére", 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with shower/WC. Electric heating.
