We stayed at this wonderful home while attending the Round Top Film Festival. It's a beautiful home and the property is peaceful and private. The hot tub was a great place to relax with the cooler weather now. Great coffee bar with lots of amenities. Nice that there was a wine fridge too. Will definitely stay in the future.

My overall impression of our recent stay at your modern farmhouse was truly a delightful experience for my family and me. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful views that surround the property. The modern farmhouse is situated on serene acreage, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment that was just perfect for our getaway.  The fully equipped kitchen made it a breeze to prepare our meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the great deck, which provided a wonderful spot to relax and take in the lovely sunrises and sunsets. The cowboy pool was clean and refreshing, and we had a fantastic time making s'mores around the fire pit in the evenings.  The house itself is exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and clean linens that ensured we had a restful and pleasant stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our experience all the more enjoyable.  Overall, our stay at your modern farmhouse was nothing short of wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future!
