Not very well maintenanced … plain, old, lots of sloppy white caulk stuck all over bathroom… breakfast not very good…

We have stayed at the Best Western consistently for several years because we have family in the area. During this visit, I noticed a decline in service, cleanliness and up-keep, although this may be partially attributed to our visiting during a holiday period. I found the cap from one of the small bottles of shampoo in the bathtub, and the towel bar had obviously been pulled from the wall at some time and rather inexpertly repaired. The choices for breakfast were limited, and staff seemed to be fewer than usual.
Easy to get to, nice location on the town bypass. Nice comfortable rooms.
It was easy to find just right there on the highway. There was a little misunderstanding since I book it online and the lady in front desk was not very knowledgeable but was settled the following morning. The room was cleaned and comfortable.It meet our expectations. Will come back again.

We travel to LaGrange fairly frequently as we have family in the area. Best Western is our "go to" hotel, although we have tried others in the area. It is consistently clean and comfortable and having breakfast available on-site is a big plus for us.
Played in a local golf tournament, and this hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city. Ten minutes from the golf course, and close to all dining and local establishments.
Stayed here twice in two weeks. First time was pleasant, second time they ran out of smoke-free rooms. Hallway and rooms were very smokey. Clientele included a lot of construction workers, and lots of noise traveled through wall and ceilings.
