We are offering this charming duplex apartment with sea views for rent in the town of La Grande-Motte. It is located in a lively area of the town, just a stone's throw from the beach (~50 m), has a surface area of 46 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 30 m². Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels at an additional cost. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV lounge area and sofa, opening onto the kitchen and overlooking the terrace and garden.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine, etc.

Upstairs:
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a view of the dunes and a glimpse of the sea.
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2: two pull-out beds that can be combined to form a 160 x 190 cm bed.
- A bathroom with toilet.

Outside:
- A 10m² covered terrace facing south/south-east overlooking the garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days and a removable triangular sail or parasol.
- An 18m² garden equipped with a water point for when you return from the beach.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board, cot.

The apartment is ideally located in La Grande-Motte, opposite the beach, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Water sports: boat trips (sailing lessons, sea trips with a skipper, etc.)
- Horse riding to admire the Camargue a little more closely
- Visits to towns: Le Grau du Roi, Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier, etc.

Nous louons cette location depuis 3 ans avec nos 2 petits enfants. C est toujours aussi bien malgré l’augmentation du loyer cette année nous restons fidèle mais pourquoi supprimez pour l année prochaine la fourniture des draps et serviettes qui était inclus. Proposez une option. Merci EB

Gutes Apartment in guter Lage!

Der Check-in per WhatsApp und Videoanleitung war problemlos. Die Schlüssel und der Toröffner sind in einem Briefkasten mit Zahlencode. Es gibt für den Privatparkplatz direkt gegenüber dem Apartment Nr. 14 ein elektrisches Schiebetor mit Funksteuerung. Das Apartment ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Holzwendeltreppe und das Geländer sind etwas wackelig und die beiden oberen Stufen klappern. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock haben jeweils eine Klimaanlage mit einer Fernbedienung für beide. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es leider keine richtige Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen großen Ventilator und ein Standklimagerät für Eispackungen. Es gibt nur im ersten Stock ein Klo im Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es leider keine Toilette! Im sehr kleinen Kinderschlafzimmer mit zwei schmalen Betten gibt es leider keinen Kleiderschrank. Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Es ist alles vorhanden!Sitzkissen für die Stühle innen und außen waren leider nicht vorhanden! Laut der Platform FeWo-direkt sollten Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitstehen. Dem war aber nicht so! Hat uns Kevin nachgeliefert. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade und dem Strand ist sehr gut! Allerdings gibt es keinen Meerblick vom Apartment aus. Die Open Air Disco ist zu hören, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Ein Kinderspielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe hat uns mehr gestört. Laut schreiende Kinder, die mit Bällen spielen, stören mehr als Musik von einer Disco!

Pas de problème pour trouver les clés, l'appartement, explications claires avec vidéos, facile. Pour le reste : - terrain non clôturé empêchant de laisser notre chien dehors - connexion wifi très difficile avec une box sans réaction (?) - réponse de cocoon'r que j'attends toujours, difficile de savoir qui fait quoi, entre la plateforme et l'agence, chacun vous renvoie à l'autre - les chaises de jardin sont protégées par une chaîne agrémentée d'un code ... que nous n'avons pas eu ! Donc pas de repas à l'extérieur possible - on n'a pas réussi à faire fonctionner les clims dans les chambres, pas de mode d'emploi de rien du tout, on se débrouille ! - l'évier de la cuisine est bouché, l'écoulement de la baignoire difficile... un plombier s'impose - un établissement à proximité joue de la musique quasi en permanence, en journée et la nuit jusqu'à 6 heures du matin, donc les chambres, vitres fermées (cela a déjà été signalé par d'autres voyageurs, je l'avais lu avant de réserver, je le confirme donc) Proximité de la plage, ça oui Pas loin non plus des boutiques des plages et de quelques restos (très chers évidemment bord de mer, oblige) En bref, je n'y retournerai pas et mon amie non plus

Un seul default majeur le bruit des 2 établissements proches qui font de la musique toute la nuit. Il faut fermer toutes les fenêtres et mettre la clim nouvellement installée non decrite pour la location

Très bien conçu et équippé, éventuel problème sonore

Emplacement tout près de la plage formidable, appartement bien conçu et équippé. Le seul problème serait en été le bastringue provenant d'un disco à ~200m jusqu'à 04:00. En septembre nous avons pu fermer la fenêtre et c'était OK.
