Duplex gite in a chalet comprising the owner's accommodation and another gite. 1st floor (independent access via an exterior metal staircase) comprising a bedroom (2 single bunk beds) with separate WC/washbasin but private to the bedroom, living room-kitchen lounge area opening onto a balcony. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, 1 of which opens onto a balcony (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC). Shared courtyard and parking. Large private terrace. On the edge of the Col des Aravis road, this wooden chalet leaning against a south-facing slope overlooks the shopping village of La Giettaz 2.5 km away. In winter, a free shuttle is available to facilitate your travel to the Plan, departure of the ski lifts 5 km away, as well as the cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. In summer, the body of water and the Flumet leisure base will delight young and old alike. This wooden chalet with its sloping ceilings and exposed beams give it a pleasant, warm mountain character.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.
