Gîte ti ruz - Les Gîtes de la Cour Chevalier

In the countryside, yet close to the sea, our Breton-named gîtes welcome you in a relaxed atmosphere.



Renovated over ten years, this family farm was transformed by Fabrice and Claudine into a simple and friendly place for your next holiday.



TI RUZ, the most spacious and the newest, is ideal for hosting a large family or a group of friends wishing to get together.



This gîte with 4 bedrooms includes a living and dining room with a stone fireplace and exposed beams, as well as an open kitchen leading to the terrace.



The ground-floor bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet.



Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. All beds are equipped with a mattress protector, bolster, pillows, and a blanket. Bed linen is not provided.



Outside, a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue awaits you.



You can relax in a large green area after visiting the many tourist sites in the region: Saint-Malo, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, and many more.



Children will enjoy playing table football or ping-pong in the former stable, while you enjoy the terrace. One-hectare park at your disposal!

Highly recommend!

Gorgeous gite in stunning surroundings. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the guidebook that had been left for us with lots of ideas for things to do, and even a map of the local area to show where to find them. The gite had everything we needed, and the children have asked to go back again next year!

Le gîte Ti Ruz est parfaitement équipé, comme neuf, moderne, avec une cheminée pour se réchauffer après de grandes ballades dans cette très belle région. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à votre écoute en cas de besoin. A refaire :)

Très bon endroit pour y passer de bonnes vacances entre amis. Nous étions 2 couples avec 3 enfants en bas âge. La situation géographique est particulièrement intéressante, car cela permet de se deplacer rapidement (30 minutes max) vers les villes ou endroits à visiter, qui se trouvent tout autour. Présence du chemin de fer avec train qui s'avère être un cadeau pour les enfants, ainsi que le cheval qu'il a fallu saluer tous les jours de la semaine... En tout cas rien de gênant, même pour les adultes... Logement fonctionnel et agréable. Seul bémol, aucun réseau wifi ne fonctionne pour ce logement. Si votre propre réseau ne passe pas, il vous faut sortir pour capter... Mais cela n'est pas une priorité quand on est en vacances, mais je le signale car il est inscrit dans les prestations... Je recommande cette location et si vous êtes plusieurs couples ou en grande famille il vous est possible de louer plusieurs logements sur le gites, ce qui peut être plaisant... Cordialement

nous avons passés une semaine de vacances dans ce gite il y a rien a redire propriétaire acceuillant il nous a monté les sites a visité comme le Mont Dol le Mont Saint Michel Saint Malo Dinard Dinan Les photos sont reels certes la cuisine est petite mais cela ne gene pas trop , les parties communes sont bien tres propres . On tient à remercier Mr Monin une personne très gentil et à l'écoute de ses locataires . On recommande cette location les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de monsieur Morin. Le gite est conforme à la description. Tout équipé et très propre. Seule la cuisine est petite et peu pratique pour faire la cuisine. Le réseau wifi est difficelement accessible.
