The only thing good about this place is room size. The room didn’t have expected two nightstands or a chair to seat. Ants in the room. Inadequate lighting. There were ants outside also. Staff didn’t clean our room properly. The pathway to the property restaurant for breakfast is unpaved and uneven. The breakfast was skimpy and limited. The rooms are way behind the roadway, unpaved and Stoney area to walk. Very difficult at night due to poor lighting. The reception is open very limited hours. We wouldn’t stay at such a place again, previous reviews are misleading.

My room had issue.. bathroom door lock was having issue, caused me stuck in bathroom for almost half an hour and then mgmt has to break lock to let me out.. breakfast was ok too.. not much option to choose from.. floor is very slippery.. my son slept once in shower and hurt his toe.. WiFi is very weak in room.. staff were good and helpful.. but not much amenities.. as I had bad experience since I checked in to place , not going to come again stay at same place..

Breakfast nice, few options but always tasty. Very close to the hot springs and to the volcano. The cabins were spacious, the beds felt like new mattresses, we slept very well.

A little paradise!

We enjoyed 4 nights in September in this beautiful place. It was so tough to leave the stunning garden, comfortable room, lovely staff, and luxurious pool behind. The room was clean, breakfast was ideal for an active day, and the location was very convenient.

Great stay

This was our second destination on our itinerary in Costa Rica. I loved this place. It was spacious, clean, the grounds were so pretty with many native flora. It was a short walk to many restaurants and a short drive to the Arenal volcano.

I loved this place. The cabins are a little small but not too bad. They’re very cute and every morning g you can enjoy a pretty good breakfast that is already included with you stay. The area is nice and safe. Everything is basically within walking distance. People that worked there was super nice all the time. Kids liked the pool too. My only little complain is that housekeeping went everyday and cleaned nicely but, the never changed the sheets in the beds. They didn’t even shake the sheets to make sure they have no little debris from kids. We would have to do it at night before we got in the bed because we can see and feel it all. They could’ve done a little better that. Other than that everything was super and yes I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

I love how the bungalows were so in tune and balanced with nature. Right next to a restaurant, we had a free breakfast that was amazing. Amazing place if you don't mind the rain, which is everywhere in the rainy season. Because its warm, it feels nice. There was only 10 bungalows, so pretty small hotel, but high qiality and really nice staff. If I was to complain is that we had cold water in our shower the last day, but every other day was really good and the ac worked well as long as you dont blast it 24/7. Mostly old technology at most hotels in Costa Rica. So I doubt its too much different unless you're at the high end hotels which I don't really think its worth paying for. Anyways, its in the middle of the town and really good restaurants, markets, laundry service and near all the tour activities. Highly recommend.
