Karaoke party house next door

If you plan to sleep before 1 am do not rent this house. The house immediately to one side is obviously rented to locals as a party house. It comes with karaoke and loud speakers. 2 out of 3 nights blaring music started around five and didn’t stop until after 1 am. We contacted the owner of our house and they said they would reach out to the owner of the neighboring house. In response the music was turned up! La fortuna is a beautiful area but was hard to enjoy considering how tired we all were.
