This lakefront retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and connection, with space for families and groups to relax, recharge, and enjoy effortless lake living. Tucked in a low-traffic cove, you’ll enjoy the privacy and serenity that make Norris Lake so special—while still being just a short drive to town, marinas, and ATV trails.

The experience:

Private covered dock just a short, easy walk from the home. Very few steps to manage! Great for those with mobility issues.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for gathering and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and dine together, while two living areas provide space to spread out—whether you're watching a movie, playing games, or simply taking in the lake views. Lower level gathering room has mini fridge and counter top space for snacks and beverages. Great area for watching TV or playing cards.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary bedroom: King bed + en-suite bathroom

Two bedrooms: each have Queen beds and share a bath

Fourth sleeping room: Two twin beds with full bath in hall next to bedroom.

Additional sleeping: One roll out mattress and pull out bed in sofa lower level

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

SUMMER SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:

— 2027 Summer Season: May 28, 2027 – September 5, 2027

Reservations for the 2027 Summer Season are non-refundable after February 28, 2027. If you need to cancel your reservation after February 28, 2027, and we are able to rebook the dates for the same or greater value, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook the canceled dates, no refund will be issued. Reservations canceled on or before February 28, 2027 are subject to the property's standard cancellation policy. RNLH Properties strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, weather events, travel disruptions, or other situations that may prevent travel. Any refund issued after the applicable cancellation deadline due to a reservation being successfully rebooked is at the sole discretion of RNLH Properties and may be reduced by applicable processing fees, discounts, or other associated costs. Damage Deposit & Identification Policy For the protection of both our guests and homeowners, all reservations—regardless of the booking platform or channel (including Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, or any third-party site)—are subject to a refundable damage deposit hold. The hold will be authorized prior to arrival and released after departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified. In addition, a valid government-issued photo ID for the primary guest is required and must be on file prior to check-in. Failure to provide the required identification or complete the damage deposit authorization may result in delayed check-in or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the booking terms.
