Includes: Living room with TV, kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Shower room with shower and sink. Separate WC – One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A mezzanine upstairs with two single beds and a pull-out single bed – Small garden enclosed by an unfenced hedge and gate, with a terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Private swimming pool for all residents – Private parking – Comfortable accommodation, well located within the residence, highly appreciated for a true family holiday, so many wonderful memories! Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; rental is available through our partner, please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental with a 5G box is available: €40/week.
