Great hotel. Exelent location. We love how the animals and monkeys are in the hotel. Food was great. Needs more bars for drinks was good too. The spa in a 10. We will come back when reopens next year for sure.

Great place. Loved our stay. Lock your door because monkeys will come in. Couple suggestions: 1. Music in the lobby/preferred bar to welcome you to Costa Rica and listen to at the bar. 2. The Piano Bar should have a piano player there all day taking requests and tips like your typical piano bar. 3. Scrap the silent disco. It was awkward.

If your into the jungle theme then this resort is definitely for you.Over all the property is nice and the greenery is well maintained, but there were a lot of things that drew from our experiance. Most if the pools had lots of tree debris floating around in it and sand from when people come off of the beach. The wait staff throughout the weekend really didn't give that welcoming feel, it was more of the they were there cause they needed to be. The few times we tried to use the concierge we were unsuccessful as the times we tried to do dinners the more popular restaurants were booked already. When we did do dinner it felt as we were rushed except for when we went to the Italian restaurant. Our refridgerator in our room wasn't working right and one night everything was hot when we came back to the room. The floor mats by the bed on both sides were coming undone, I would have perfered to just not have them at all. The door from the shower wasn't hung correctly so we had to throw towels all over the floor so the water wouldn't go everywhere. I hate to give such a negative review especially after planning this trip so far in advance and I was really hoping it would have been better.

Dreams is a beautiful property, with all the facilities of a large hotel but feels small with incredible landscaping gardens and wildlife. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, would definitely recommend it.

Nice property in a very remote area - no dining choices other than the resort which was just ok as many all-inclusives are. Grounds were very nice and staff was accommodating.

The most wonderful stay! My daughter was married during our trip with 60 guests. The wedding planner, Caroly was excellent. Her assistants Eduardo and Arianna were so kind and helpful. Venues, hospitality, pools, and food all the best. Thank you everyone. Monkeys and there little babies-darling.

The pools and surrounding property were amazing. The restaurants were ok, but we found the buffet was the way to go for most meals, usually offering a nice quality and variety for all ages. I did not like the obnoxiously loud poolside music for aerobics and such…but not a huge deal. Beach was beautiful especially at sunset. We hope to return someday.
