Wonderful property for 10 persons with small sea view and adorable decoration
The "Villa Gigaro" is located not far from the town center and the beaches of La Croix-Valmer.
The living space of 225 sqm on two levels offers carefully selected, tastefully decorated living space for up to 10 persons.
On the pool level there is the spacious living-dining area with a terrace in front, the top-equipped, high-quality kitchen with adjoining smaller terrace with BBQ, the master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom en suite and another smaller bedroom with double bed (both bedrooms have access to the pool area) and a guest toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the lower living level with three other extremely beautiful bedrooms (2 x with bathroom en suite and 1 x with separate bathroom). Two of these bedrooms are offering also a beautiful covered outdoor terrace with lovely outdoor furniture. This level also includes a TV room and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The extremely beautiful pool area and a slightly higher terrace with sea views and boules area offer numerous sun loungers and very attractive seating. The pool is equipped with an electric tarpaulin and can be heated for a fee (150 euros / week).
The property is closed and three vehicles can be parked within the property.

Geweldig geoccupeerde villa. Fijne indeling; mooie ligging; Prive; diverse aangename terrassen, ook overdekt.
Verwarmd zwembad in voorjaar absolute toevoeging. Fijne communicatie met agentschap.
Oprit naar de villa vergt wat oefening.
