Schlechter geht nicht

Als wir ankamen hat uns die Hausinhaberin willkommen geheißen, sie war sehr freundlich und hat uns in 3 Minuten schnell und oberflächlich alles gezeigt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir noch faszinier von dem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Als wir uns näher umschauten und ankommen wollten stellten wir fest, dass:- Verschmutzte Kaffeemaschine, ein Tab steckte noch drin und war komplett verklebt- verschmutzte und klebrige Küche- verschmutzte Toiletten - Terrassenmöbel komplett heruntergekommen und verdreckt- verschimmelte Badewanne- überall Staub und spinnenweben- verstaubter duschkopf- Nicht funktionsfähiger Herd- Kein warmes Wasser im Ganzen Haus!!! - Türen ließen sich nicht verschließen - Klobrille komplett defektAls wir die Mängel nach und nach feststellten und mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufnahmen hat sie uns kurzerhand unsere Reserierung storniert und uns mitgeteilt, dass wir bis heute Abend 17 Uhr das Haus zu verlassen haben. Was natürlich mit 6 Personen nahezu unmöglich war, so schnell was anderes vergleichbares zu bekommen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit so ein Haus zu vermieten!!! Für die Tage bezahlten wir dann nochmals viel zu viel Geld an die Vermieterin direkt, nachdem sie uns unsere Ferienunterkunft storniert hatte und wir so schnell nichts neues für 6 Personen finden konnten.
