In the heart of the Mas de Gigaro estate, in the Hêtres sector about 150 m from the collective swimming pool, corner mas (adjoining on 1 side) offering on 2 levels a living room - dining room opening onto the terrace with a beautiful sea view, an open kitchen with storeroom; 2 bedrooms with single beds and cupboards, a bathroom with window, separate toilet with window.
Numbered free parking space.

Acces to the house after about 20 steps up.

Rental house hold linen : 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

Closed and secured domain on 40ha with a collective pool from june to september (10 € / pers. / week; free for children under 7 years old+ deposit of 50 €), 4 tennis courts (deposit of 100 € then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with free wi-fi access.

The farmhouse is located 1.6km from the Gigaro beach with its sandy beaches, its coastal path and sea path, its restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press area); from the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is 10mn away, the beaches of l'Escalet less than 15mn and those of Pampelonne 20mn away.
