This beautiful flat is located 8 min walk from the beach of Gigaro, below the village of La Croix-Valmer in a residence of about 120 units spread in a landscaped area on the hillside. Within 5 minutes by car, you can reach all the shops of the village and the beautiful beaches. You can choose between many restaurants near your flat, such as La Cabane Méditerranée, Marius à la Plage, Couleurs Jardin, Dada, Nautic Beach and Lilly of the Valley. If you want to spend some relaxing time, you can also enjoy the enchanting view of the sea, Cap Lardier (a nature reserve, not built), with the Vallon Valmer, vineyards and palm trees in the foreground from your terrace. By car, you can also reach Saint Tropez in 20 minutes, as well as other charming coastal resorts.

Location fonctionnelle dans un beau cadre

Location agréable - plages accessibles à pied, avec possibilité de longer la côte pour trouver des criques. Les commerces sont plus loin (courses réalisées à vélo). Pour les sportifs (ça monte !), la voiture peut rester sur le parking de la résidence pendant toute la semaine. Sinon, il faudra accepter de prendre la voiture mais au moins, le stationnement est assuré dans la résidence. Il y a une piscine avec terrasse pour la résidence. Le logement en lui-même est fonctionnel mais sans grand charme.

Insgesamt okay...

Super Aussicht, große Terasse, alle Geräte vorhanden. Pool mit Aussicht. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, wir konnten wegen der Hitze kaum schlafen. Ventilatoren tauchen nichts, sind zu laut und kühlen nicht. Ich würde nicht nochmal mieten. Vermieter, Nachbarn und Gebäudekomplex gut.
