A beautiful hotel but on a Sunday it feels as though you are stranded. No shuttle. We ate alone in a small part of the dining room as a party was going on. Hotel was very accommodating and it was lovely but I felt we missed a lot.

The hotel is at the outskirt of Santiago, but there's free shuttle service going to and from the city centre every hour. We missed the last shuttle service one night, but there are plenty of taxis in the town center and the cost is around 10 euro to get to the hotel. I'm glad I chose this hotel rather than the ones in the town, with the similar cots, you can enjoy 4* services, beautiful views, spaces and nice food in the hotel restaurant. Because it's in the rural area, there're not many choices for food around, but the hotel has its own restaurant and provides quality food. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

So pleased we decided to "camp" outside of the city. The property is large, with ample parking and beautiful views. We stayed inside a townhouse style unit with it's own covered parking which was very convenient. The dinner at onsite restaurant was also very good. Friendly service both at the reception and restaurant.

The large spacious lobby is dominated by a spectacular glass elevator and a majestic map depicting the Way of Saint James, the Camino de Santiago. Large comfortable rooms featuring large bathrooms with a bathtub. Dining room has excellent food and features tremendous views of the valley below. A Roman Catholic chapel on the hotel grounds was available to us to celebrate Mass (we brought our own priest). Our group traveled by bus to the Cathedral of St James. Therefore I cannot offer any insight about traveling to the city and the Cathedral. So very thankful our Catholic tour group travel agent booked this hotel. I would love to return here.

This hotel is very beautiful - it is sort of a boutique hotel. The rooms are wonderful, the lobby is beautiful and the food at their restaurant is very good. It is sort of hidden but very near to the Catedral De Dantiago which is the reason I went to this place. Love this area.

Rooms were nice. The pool is huge. The views from the lobby and bar area are beautiful. The food was pretty good and the service was very good. My only complaint is the very slow internet. You could barely use it. The location is away from the attractions so it is very quiet.

Good beds, linen, great room size, and yes room to roll out my yoga mat alongside the table and chairs. Views from bar area and terrace worth a date in the bar. Wine by the glass is minimal but nice. Staff helpful. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast is a huge spread. Gym is very limited and dark but its a gym. Refreshing quality, best we'd had in the area. We moved the next day to a hotel inner city (we'd had pre booked). More $$$$ and were so disappointed ended up in a room with that smell.. it seemed we'd gone from a great high to a low.

i'm going to recommend this hotel when you are in this area. it's such a beautiful hotel inside and out. it's clean and has such a friendly staff. the breakfast and dinner buffet were great. there were a lot of other guests which would make this hotel seem a popular pick.

What a beautiful hotel! Rooms are ample and clean! Luxury feeling without feeling out of touch. Staff are friendly and responsive. Entrance is open and opulent. Banquet rooms are really nice and the food is delicious!

We stay here after walking the Camino as a treat at the end of our journey, it did not disappoint. The Hotel was fabulous from start to finish. The rooms where top class., breakfast was delicious and plentiful- great range of hot and cold buffet style. The afternoon and evening bar food was well presented and great value for money. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The pool area was exceptionally clean with free towels and a pool side bar. I will stay here again when I’m the area.
