Very helpful front desk. Perfect location in the midst of town. Quiet room. Lovely bathtub for aching feet! We could not find an albuergue with room for 3 so booked this online. We were very very happy we did! Stayed 3 nights. It's well worth the extra bucks after a long, tiring trip on foot. Front desk staff was very helpful finding the very close bus stop for the airport.

Located on the edge of the old city and a short 10 minute walk to the Compostela Cathedral. You are also in walking distance to all the brand name shops and a multitude of restaurants. Just remember that most of the restaurants do not stay open after normal lunch hours. Restaurants open for dinner around 8:00 pm. In the meantime, try the hot cocoa and churros at any cafe.

Great hotel! The room is great, spacious and cozy. The whole place smells very good. A very nice place to stay. Great breakfast as well. The hotel is exactly 700m away from the Cathedral and not right in the corner as described.

Our two night half board visit as part of a coach tour. The reception is very clean & the staff proved to be helpful all through our stay. One thing that could be a problem for some is that it is located just of the street & below where the lifts stop. Meaning a flight of approx half a dozen steps to the lifts. Our good size room overlooking a very compact park/play area was very clean with plenty storage A free to use safe large enough for a couple of tablets, cameras etc. We did not use the air con other than to turn it on to check the fan noise. It did not sound excessive. The wooden window shutters plus two layers of thick curtains cut out any chance of exterior noise. The bed comprised two very large singles secured together. Meaning one of you can get up in the night without disturbing the other. Everything worked in the well appointed & very clean bathroom. The food. If returning as independent travelers we would chose B&B rather than half board. The hotel is within a couple of hundred metres of a large indoor/outdoor market. Well worth a visit even if you don’t need to buy anything. The cathedral is then not far away through more of less traffic free streets. ( A smart phone map app could help. ) Two separate road trains were operating from outside the cathedral. One round the outer parts of town. The other took a route nearer in. Both took about half an hour. We would be happy to return to this hotel.

The hotel rooms are clean, small and the hotel staff are relatively friendly. The restaurant staff not so much. In general the hotel is nicely located to the city center. Why I rated the hotel lower was due to the restaurant breakfast and dinner buffet which is just so-so.

We were not scheduled to stay here, but our hotel had some issues and we were diverted. Miraculously, thanks to Camino Ways, our luggage was there. Location was great!. Right at the transition from old town to new town. Just 15-minutes walk from the Cathedral. Room was spacious and comfortable, modern bath. Staff were helpful, able to keep our luggage as we had a late-day fight. Breakfast and lounge areas on site. Food was just ok.

This hotel is right in the middle of the action -- at the transition between the tourist zone (old city center) and the real city with shops etc. easy walking to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast OK. A/C worked. Room was fairly large. Only problem is that people with mobility issues will have to navigate 5 stairs from lobby to elevator.

This hotel offers the all around, good deal. It has a great location and the rooms are sold at a competetive price. On is able to walk to all the sights and restaurants with a near by parking garage which is very well priced. The staff could not be more accomodating in terms of baggage storage, directions or advice.

THE Hotel receptionist a bald guy (like me) was so helpful .Every restaurant he he told us to go to was great .He was so helpful. The Beds were soft and nice .The breakfast was good and overall it was a great Hotel. Nice bar downstairs.

We stayed pre and post camino hike and they let us leave bags there meanwhile. Everything works, good size rooms some with balcony overlooking plaza. Staff attentive and English speaking. Central to everything, good wifi. Breakfast sufficient. No real faults I can find.
