The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 1,600 sq ft house for rent in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 1,080 sq ft living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a garden of around 10,000 sq ft. Sheets and towels are provided. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room
- A bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- One bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet

On the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)

The house has been designed to be pleasant and practical for everyone, with a few extra touches for families: trampoline, swing, safety gates on two staircases and a fully enclosed garden, ideal for both children and pets.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill.

Outside:
