Ground floor: spacious living room with open kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: large bedroom (60 m²) separated into 2 parts by a library (1 bed 140x190 + 2 beds 120x190), lounge area on the landing with sofa bed (140x190), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: freezer, DVD player, radio/CD, iPod dock, Wifi, complete baby equipment, tumble dryer (shared with owners).
Included: electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/household linen, tourist tax.
Not included: gas heating (13€/night), wood. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€100).

Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 7pm. Departures are at 10am.
