Overall okay experience, but our window lead to a weird space which had lights flashing all night. The hotel design is also bizarre almost like a maze, staff was okay but the check in process was overly complicated

No vegetarian or healthy options for breakfast. Melissa at the restaurant was very nice, helpful and professional. The staff was very nice. Giovanni at front desk was also very nice, helpful and professional. The only problem was that they don’t provide any kind of help to get taxis. I struggled to take a taxi at 3am. They don’t even have a phone number to call a taxi. I was frustrated and worry to miss my bus because of the lack of help. Kudos to the young bellman who accompanied me and help me to get one in the dark and deserted street at that hour.
