très confortable séjour

l'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec abondance d'équipements très connectés. L'isolation est très efficace car pendant cette semaine de canicule la T° n'a pas dépassé 22 degrés contre 32,34 l'après-midi dehors. L'état de l'extérieur du bâtiment et des parties communes est très dégradé. Cela fait craindre le pire quand on arrive. On se pose des questions sur ce que l'on va trouver. La porte d'entrée pourrait au moins être repeinte.
