BonjourNous sommes très déçu par notre séjour La photo principal de l annonce montre un joli bâtiment et en faite cette photo est celle du casino a 200m.L annonce note appartement rénové et ce n est pas du tout le casNous sommes arrivé le logement n était pas propre sol sale toile d araignée dans les coins.La cuisine est fonctionnel mais en mauvais état.Dans la salle de bain,le robinet de lavabo n est pas correctement monté,la douche les portes coulissantes déraillent quand on ferme la cabine ,la douche en haut est cassée,on ne peut se servir des jets ou autres car il manque un morceau de la douche.Pour les chambres le papier peint est recollé avec du scotch la tringle a rideau également.Les plafonds sont fissurés suite a un dégât des eaux certainement.Les fenêtres en simple vitrage d un autre temps laissent passer l air.Nous avons réussi difficilement a avoir 18 degrés au bout de 2 jours.la réservation nous a couté une joli somme d argent pour un logement qui n en vaut pas la moitié dans cet état.J attend un retour de votre part pour une explication et une compensation financière car je ne repasserai pas par votre site et ne le recommanderai pas si cela reste sans suiteMerci d avance

Accueil chaleureux de Madame Boyer.Appartement pas a la hauteur de la publicité d Abritel.Lino poser au sol qui fait des vagues??les peintures du plafond qui s écaillent et qui tombent.Mal isoler,on entends toutes les conversations des voisins d un coté et un vacarme sur l appartement du dessus.L état de la salle de bain un peu vieillot.DOMMAGE...Grandeur et situation géographique impeccable.

Appartement un peu vieillot, la cuisine et la sdb manquent de praticité et de fraicheur. Mais il est spacieux (nous étions 7) bien pr 2 familles, bien chauffé, important pr la saison et le lieu. Proche du centre ville (2 mn à pied), et de la navette qui va aux pieds des pistes. Accueil chaleureux et grande disponibilité de la personne nous accueillant. Mise à disposition de petits appareils ménagers (raclette etc) bienvenus.

Arriver appartement dans un état pitoyable dégueulasse il a fallut tous renettoyer ...contact avec les propriétaires sur parce cela été normal pour eux honteux au prix que nous avons payer Pas d'internet.. pas de WiFi .. réveiller tous les matins a 7h par les voisins du dessus car parquet craque... Le seul point positif appartement spacieux pour 8...

Très très déçu de la location et de l’annonce mensongère . L’appartement n’est pas du tout plein sud comme annoncé , il est dans un état critique moisissure sur les murs et fenêtres , peinture craquelé , papiers à peint déchire , odeur de renfermé appartement non aéré , vieux meubles , moquette des années 50 , mal isolé fenêtre simple vitrage qui laisse passer l’air et beaucoup de bruit , honteux et mal honnête de mettre un appartement de cet état en location et à ce prix là . Ça nous a gâché les vacances on avait réservé 4 jours et on est parti au bout de 2 jours impossible de rester plus l’odeur de moisi est insupportable . Appartement à rénover entièrement avant de le mettre en location serai plus sérieux et honnête.

Appartement viellot, pas très bien équipé

L'appartement est grand et spacieux mais son état général, sa mauvaise isolation sonore n'en fait pas un lieu agréable pour passer des congés. Néanmoins l'accueil de la personne qui nous a reçu a été très agréable.

Aucune isolation phonique, appartement hors d'âge, vue sur un bâtiment à l'abandon, wifi inexistant lors de notre séjour ... Pour résumé, le montant de la location est en totale inadéquation avec le produit proposé.

Une annonce trompeuse qui cache un appartement vieillot mal odorant aménagé chez Emmaüs !

Je déconseille cet appartement à la publicité mensongère. Quand on rentre dans l'immeuble l'impression n'est pas bonne, et en entrant dans l'appartement une odeur d'humidité et de tabac froid nous saisie. Il est dit orienté plein sud, de l'autre côté de la rue un grand immeuble lui cache le soleil jusqu'à 15h. La casserolie est composée de vieux ustensiles disparates ,ébréchés ou au revêtement abîmé, la plupart des chaises ont l'assise enfoncée, les couvertures sont élimées et odorantes. Un point positif sa situation par rapport au ville.
