Lovely welcome. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice but some mornings replenishing slow. Location good for walking bith wsys, to Marina or into La Baule itself. Easy access ti bus and train routes. Would definitely stay again.

All good, friendly and attentive. Place is clean and is directly in beach Parking is a bit of a story…you have to leave your car outside, go in, register and then go back out to the main gate to ring a bell which may or may not be answered to actually park. Same in reverse when checking out.

Very confusing entrance to parking, needs better signage!from what looks like the main entrance there is a barrier, Had to back out on to main road then enter the hotel grounds from a side road, check into hotel then go back out on to main road and to main entrance, staff will then lift barrier!!! Yet it is all the same grounds! The hotel was nice, stayed in a room with sea view, had a good breakfast.

Établissement de qualité médiocre, le petit déjeuner très médiocre avec des fruits pourries pendant toute la durée du séjour, pot de confiture vide, les clients devaient à chaque fois demander du réassort alors qu’il était 8h du matin et qu’il n’y vaut que 10 clients en salle, la propriété des installations laisse à désirer, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de bouteilles d’eau de courtoise ni de chaussons en chambre. L’hôtel me dit distinguer les clients qui achètent en direct avec eux et ceux des plates-formes alors que j’ai payé 90 euros par nuit alors que leur tarif est de 53 euros c’est du vol

Belle Villa de caractère superbement située

Très bel établissement de caractère situé directement en face la plage ! Belle terrasse et salle du petit déjeuner situées face à la mer: splendide ! Très joli parc arboré tout autour de la Villa, et bien clôturé. Accès très facile en voiture et possibilité de se stationner dans les petites rues adjacentes si on ne souhaite pas payer le parking de l'hôtel. Chambres très confortables et propres. Juste une petite suggestion: un petit relooking de la déco dans tout l'établissement serait le bienvenu 😉

L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur la plage de la Baule, dans une très belle demeure. Il a un accès direct à la plage, possède également un bar, un restaurant et une terrasse. Le parking est quant à lui payant (8€/jour)... Le seul point négatif est les chambres, car celle que nous avions n'était pas digne d'un 3*, la moquette était tachée, le rideau de la fenêtre était troué et usé et l'un des lustres d'une lampe proche du lit était abimée. C'est dommage pour un hôtel de cette gamme...

La chambre était très petite. Nous avions réservé 2 lits simples et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit double. Moquette tachée, miroirs aux traces suspectes, wc entartrés. Une serviette bain était tachée et enfin, quelques toiles d’araignées ont parachevé le tout. Pour un check-in pas avant 17h et un Check-out à 10h ça supposait assez de temps entre 10h et 17h pour nettoyer la chambre avant notre arrivée… visiblement ce temps n’a pas servi à la qualité de la propreté. La literie est confortable, c’est bien là le seul point positif
