Très bel appartement avec balcon vue mer , très bien aménagé, propre et chambre très calme (donne sur l'arrière ) .A seulement 7 mn à pied de l'Avenue De Gaulle, nous avons garé notre voiture à la résidence et nous avons tout fait à pied ou à vélo pendant notre séjour ! Très bonne communication avec la conciergerie (ponctualité et gentillesse) et l'agence Hoomy.On y retournera avec plaisir PS : Juste revoir le canapé qui n'est pas très confortable

Location bien placée, et très bien équipée. On s'y sent bien et la vue sur la baie de La Baule est magnifique !!Un seul bémol : le linge de lit et de toilette jusqu'au tapis de bain peut être fourni moyennant un gros supplément .
