Small quiet spa hotel

Small quiet hotel on outskirts of town - short stroll to shops/restaurants. No swimming pool but large spa bath and facilities in basement. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Bed was two twins pushed together. Lump down the middle from attachment. Didn’t sleep well at all. Hotel did not inform us construction going on next door. Wool up to saws and jack hammers. Very disappointed considering price we paid. Felt cheated.

Everything in one place and great value

A brief visit to La Baule, great to be able to hire bicycles from reception as we had no car. The spa was a real bonus and the whole stay exceptionally good value

Nice Spa hotel, not too far away from beach.

When we got in late at night, the receptionist greeted us in typical French fashion (pleasant and happy to see us) and was excited to practice his English. The place looks pretty new and in very clean. The location is a good walk from the beach and the dining area, but that is the point of a Spa hotel as it was quite.

Je commente quand c’est bien et quand c’est moins bien et là je suis déçue. C’est la 2eme fois que je viens (2024 et 2025) je m’étais déjà fais la réflexion la première fois mais j’étais passé outre. Je trouve que l’hôtel manque d’entretien général, que ce soit la structure, les équipements comme l’hygiène… c’est bien dommage car il a du potentiel il est bien situé, spacieux et le personnel adorable. Il serait temps de changer les équipements du spa notamment le jacuzzi avec les appuis têtes qui se désintègrent et qui donne un aspect sale (de crasse) et de dégoût quand on est dedans et pas confortable. Les vitres du sauna remplis de calcaire et le ménage, sole et mur à désirer (et je ne suis pas maniaque je précise). Dommage car c’est un hôtel qui pourrait être bien plus cocooning si il était entretenu.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel !

Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les points positifs sont les suivants : le personnel adorable et super accueillant, toujours à votre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses et super propres. Le parking est gratuit et il est facile de se garer aux abords de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié avec une sélection de produits locaux. La terrasse jardin super agréable et au calme, attenante à la salle du petit déjeuner. Et enfin (en supplément) l’accès au spa pour super un moment de détente ! Les deux seuls petits points négatifs que je relèverais sont : l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre (pas forcément gênant mais en août il peut faire assez chaud), et les chambres sur rue qui peuvent être assez bruyantes si on ouvre la fenêtre la nuit. Encore merci pour votre accueil !

Service : TV en panne, demande d’intervention restée sans suite. La même réceptionniste a été hautaine au départ quand j’ai donné mon avis.
