45 m² welcoming and very bright house, located on the beachfront in La Baule-Escoublac which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a garden with garden furniture, DVDs available. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a toaster and a kettle. Maison de vacances idéale !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la conciergerie Hoomy. Le logement est propre et très fonctionnel, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des équipements qui contribue grandement à la douceur du séjour. La déco est joliment sobre. Très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L’extérieur est top, nous étions dans notre petite bulle de douceur et nous avons quitté les lieux à regret. Petit moins pour la salle de bain et son souci de moisissure qui mériterait une VMC.

Très bien placé

Petite maison avec deux chambres et un séjour cuisine. Elle est très bien placée (nous connaissons bien la Baule) à 2 ou 300 mètres du remblai et de la plage, proche de la rue Lajarrige et de ses cafés et commerces, et à une agréable balade du marché (1.5 km?) par le remblai ou sous les pins. C'est propre, la literie est bien, et l'équipement (vaisselle etc.) est généreux. On a tout de même eu la chance d'y être la semaine où il a fait beau, entre deux semaines pluvieuses et fraîches. Juste un bémol : le volet de la porte d'entrée est à changer ou au moins à refixer. Sinon, je recommande.

Maison à l’équipement ménager assez récent. En revanche, chaudière très fatiguée et très bruyante. Salle de bain vétuste et moisissures nombreuses. Volets roulants défectueux. Dommage qu’il y ait ce manque d’entretien au prix pratiqué.

Accueil, maison et emplacement parfaits !

Cette petite maison de ville, avec jolie cour fleurie pour profiter du beau temps, dispose d'une belle vue sur les villas alentour. L'emplacement à quelques mètres de la mer et de commerces en tout genre est fort commode. La proximité d'Aquabaule (centre nautique) est également un plus. L'équipe hoomy, très disponible pour préparer le séjour , a été très agréable et arrangeante au départ comme à l'arrivée. La disposition des lieux est très pratique et le logement est très bien équipé : j'y ai même trouvé mobilier, vaisselle, jeux et lectures pour mon fils de 4 ans. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr et je recommande vivement !
