Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with sea views, set in the town of L’Île-Rousse. It features a swimming pool, is situated approximately 50 metres from the beach, measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with brand-new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living area with a new double sofa bed (140 x 200), a dining area and a TV..
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with one new queen-size double bed (160×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the mezzanine
- A sleeping area with 4 single beds (90×190)

Outside:
- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 7 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

Le Rocher Appartamento in residence situato in ottima posizione a Isola Rossa, vicinissimo ad una spiaggia bellissima e vicino al paese. Pulito e ben corredato. Il parcheggio gratuito c’è ma ha pochi posti disponibili. Consigliato per una coppia o una famiglia di 4-5 persone. Se siete un gruppo numeroso (noi eravamo in 7) non lo consiglio, la zona giorno è troppo piccola e il divano letto molto scomodo, anche se l’annuncio dichiara che l’appartamento può contenere fino a 8 ospiti.
