Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool and sea views in the town of L’Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided, new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a new double sofa bed, dining area, TV…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Piscine bien exposée et au calme.
Bon contact avec le propriétaire.
Eau plate et pétillante fraîche à notre arrivée.
🙁 Un nombre incroyable de chats dans la résidence. Transats occupés et souillés par les animaux.
Odeur d urine de chat partout. Poils de chat dans la piscine. Information non communiquée dans l annonce.
Manque d équipement ménager dans l appartement. [1 seule poêle sale, pas d essoreuse à salade. Manque un sèche cheveux]
