Vacances en Île Rousse

La maison n’est pas du tout correspondant à les images que le propriétaire a postulé sur le site Abritel. La maison est 1,5km loin de la plage au lieu de 800m comme l’annonce. La photo sur l’annonce qu’on voit de la mer,, ce n’est pas vrai. La photo a pris de chez le propriétaire au dessus de l’appartement. D’ailleurs l’appartement est son sous-sol et comme la maison est en hauteur du coup, la propriétaire a loué son « appartement « sous sol. L’état de l’appartement a besoin de réfléchir, il y a des craques sur le plafond, les sales de douche avec les moisissure. En tout cas, l’appartement n’est pas du tout la valeur qu’on a payé.

La propriétaire est très agréable, très gentille, bienveillante néanmoins nous avons trouvé que l'équipement général (déco-mobilier- literie- cuisine-prise de courant-plinthes décollées etc...) ne valaient pas le prix demandé. De plus le passage en voiture pour accéder à l' appartement est très compliqué "pas aménagé"

Super séjour en Corse du Nord

Appartement très bien située à proximité de l’île Rousse (15/20min à pied du centre) avec une très belle vue mer. Très bien équipé et agencé, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Je recommande … 👍 Petite anecdote : le lave linge est tombé en panne pendant notre séjour et à été remplacé par des amies Corse de notre hôte en moins d’une heure. Merci pour leur réactivité. Très bon séjour en famille dans un bel appartement, proche plage et centre Ile Rousse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour: l'appartement est grand, bien équipé, très jolie vue. Juste penser à bien aérer le soir en été pour rafraichir! Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques. Nous (deux adultes, deux enfants 9 et 11 ans) avons pu aller à la plage à pied, c'était dans le cahier des charges des enfants :) Il faut compter 15-20 minutes à la descente, 20-25 minutes à la remontée par le sentier qui relie L'Ile Rousse à Monticello (plage du centre de l'Ile Rousse). A ne pas faire trop chargé quand même! Vous pouvez aussi profiter du sentier pour monter à Monticello "village", et poursuivre de là sur de beaux parcours balisés (Santa Reparata, Lac de Codole, Arbo…)

accueil très sympathique, logement avec belle terrasse avec vue sur mer, les deux chambres avec salle de bain et WC sont parfaites pour deux couples. Les propriétaires sont charmants et pas avare en conseils. La ville est à 10 mn à pied par un petit sentier, les plages sont propres et en pente douce.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'ile Rousse. L'appartement est situé à 15mn à pied du centre de la ville et 25mn de la plage par un chemin de randonnée. Appartement conforme aux photos, bien équipé: lave vaisselle, lave linge. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et n'hésitent à donner de précieux conseils pour les visites. Nous recommandons cette location.
