You will enjoy an enclosed courtyard of 120 m² at the front with garden furniture and pétanque ground, as well as a 2nd enclosed space of 280 m² at the back with swimming pool, courtyard, garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs, gas plancha, 5 L Beertender beer tap from Seb, table football, ping-pong table. Private parking is at your disposal as well as a summer kitchen and toilets (shower and toilet) near the courtyard. Private and heated swimming pool (4x7m), open from May to September. You are 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its racing circuit are 10 km away. The cottage is composed on the ground floor: of 3 bedrooms including: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and private shower room/WC (accessible to PRM), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160; a bathroom (shower and bathtub; a separate toilet, a shower room, a living room, a living room/kitchen and a lounge area overlooking the swimming pool. Under a covered patio with a view of the swimming pool (bay window allowing the space to be completely closed or opened), there is a summer kitchen, a dining area, as well as a shower room and a toilet.
