Tropical villa with Jacuzzi pool 200m from the beach - La Varangue

This holiday villa with colonial charm, is composed of 4 independent standing rooms, in the middle of tropical vegetation. The furniture mainly includes authentic Creole period furniture.

For your moments of relaxation, you will have a large outdoor swimming pool, as well as a 4-seater Shiatsu massage jacuzzi, placed under a canopy under the stars under the coconut trees.

The villa was built around a huge veranda of 50m2 which is a real tropical living space. Completely open onto the garden, you can enjoy two leather and wood standing lounges, as well as a comfortable canopy bed which is an invitation to relax ... The veranda also accommodates a large dining table for 8 people, very friendly, located near the kitchen-bar.

The kitchen (36m2) is also open to the garden and the BBQ area. Perfectly equipped, it will allow you to prepare your meals, or if time is short, to reheat your take-away meals available within 200m (2 Creole restaurants, 1 Thai, 1 specialized fish ...). For your BBQ evenings, a gas Weber is available to grill fresh meat or fish, purchased 100m from the villa.

The interior of the house has been fitted out around a library lounge in the colonial style, and a TV lounge for your pampering moments. These spaces are air conditioned.

The villa is covered by high-speed WiFi.

Séjour mitigé...

Les photos ne correspondent plus Ă  la location actuelle: sur les photos tout est refait, tout parait neuf, sol brillant, bois lasurĂ©, petit bar en bout de cuisine avec chaises hautes et plantes exotiques Ă  cĂŽtĂ© etc..En rĂ©alitĂ©, notre 1Ăšre impression a Ă©tĂ© nĂ©gative : fauteuils tachĂ©s en sortie de cuisine, un banc sale sous un volet vieilli et plein de fourmis (saison des mangues sĂ»rement...) portes coulissantes difficiles Ă  ouvrir, fermer et verrouiller sac poubelle rempli de bouteilles Dodo Ă  l’entrĂ©e (prĂ©voir de le mettre ailleurs ?) les interrupteurs sont d'un compliquĂ© pour allumer les lumiĂšres derriĂšre la cuisine : une vraie dĂ©charge avec tout un tas de bazar entassĂ© fuite d'eau Ă  l’entrĂ©e : ça peut arriver, mais ça nous a pas Ă©tĂ© signalĂ©, ni Ă  notre arrivee, ni plus tard durant notre sĂ©jour (une personne de notre groupe a quand mĂȘme failli tomber 3 fois) les finitions... J’avais l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans la maison d'un tonton ou d'une tatie de la RĂ©union avec ce bricolage fait maison, sauf que lĂ  on paie assez cher pour une prestation qui n’est pas vraiment lĂ ...A cĂŽtĂ© de ça, Olivier (propriĂ©taire) est extrĂȘmement sympa, le jardinier Ă©galement, une boulangerie (extra), des restos et des petits commerces Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied.TrĂšs mitigĂ©e pour cette location dĂ©solĂ©e...Gros potentiel mais il faudrait prĂ©voir quelques travaux et un petit rafraichissement.

Wunderschönes Haus im kreolischen Stil

Das Haus ist wirklich eine kleine Perle. Der Eingangsbereich ist draußen direkt neben der wirklich schönen, gut ausgestatteten AußenkĂŒche und dem Außenwohnzimmer. Von der KĂŒche aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den tropischen Garten und den großen Pool. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Das Haupthaus in kreolischem Stil ist liebevoll gestaltet und mit schönen Kolonialstilmöbeln ausgestattet. Im NebengebĂ€ude sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, wir haben hauptsĂ€chlich das Haupthaus genutzt. Sicherlich ist nicht alles perfekt und auch hier und da etwas renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Insgesamt hat die gesamte Anlage aber sehr viel Charme, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, fußlĂ€ufig zum BĂ€cker, kleinem Supermarkt, Creperie/Eisdiele, Restaurants, Strand. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden immer wieder hierher zurĂŒckkehren.

Des améliorations à apporter

La maison est bien conçue, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. La piscine et le SPA ont Ă©tĂ© fort utilisĂ©s par notre famille. La literie est de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le carri et le remplacement des draps en milieu de sĂ©jour. Nous avions des critĂšres pour rĂ©server, un d'entre eux Ă©tait de rentrer au minimum un vĂ©hicule dans la propriĂ©tĂ© (confirmĂ© par l'annonce) en fait une place disponible sur la rue. DĂ©couverte d'une seconde location avec le mĂȘme accĂšs, ce n'Ă©tait pas gĂȘnant mais ça manque de transparence. Il y a cependant quelques points Ă  amĂ©liorer et nous les avons abordĂ©s avec Olivier, il en a convenu et m'a assurĂ© que des devis allaient ĂȘtre demandĂ©s, il s'est engagĂ© Ă  faire rĂ©aliser les travaux. Des finitions qui ne correspondent pas Ă  un 4 Ă©toiles. Tuyaux de gaz Ă  remplacer avant 2020 et 2021, rideaux sans ourlets qui traĂźnent au sol. Douchette non fixable dans une salle d'eau, un support de douche "arrachĂ©" dans une autre. Vieux chauffe eau dĂ©connectĂ© et laissĂ© en place dans l'arriĂšre cuisine, peinture de la façade en Ă©tat bien moyen (je dispose des photos). A noter qu'Olivier a rĂ©pondu rapidement en remplaçant la plaque de cuisson qui n'avait plus que deux brĂ»leurs en Ă©tat. Ces dĂ©tails ne nous ont pas empĂȘchĂ©s de passer un bon sĂ©jour mĂȘme si ma premiĂšre impression a Ă©tĂ© nĂ©gative. J.Duteil

MĂ©nage qui laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer (nombreux mĂ©gots au sol et dans les pots...) et surtout une panne du jacuzzi pendant l'essentiel de notre sĂ©jour. On est loin du compte! Pire, aprĂšs avoir acceptĂ© un dĂ©dommagement symbolique et nous avoir contraint Ă  signer un reçu, la propriĂ©taire change d'avis et refuse de payer ! A la limite de l'honnĂȘtetĂ©! DĂ©plorable !

Cadre et emplacement idylliques pour faire découvrir mon ßle

J'Ă©tais Ă  la RĂ©union pour mon mariage et la 2e partie de notre sĂ©jour avec ma belle-famille, qui se voulait plus touristique, a commencĂ© dans cette maison Ă  Étang-SalĂ©. Outre son emplacement idĂ©al facilitant l'accĂšs aux principaux sites touristiques, c'est un petit Ă©crin de rĂȘve qui a participĂ© Ă  un accueil royal. Une arrivĂ©e tardive n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© les propriĂ©taires de nous souhaiter la bienvenue avec un plat crĂ©ole qui ne demandait qu'Ă  ĂȘtre rĂ©chauffĂ©, une surprise qui a fait son effet ! TrĂšs disponibles, nos hĂŽtes Ă©taient lĂ  pour rĂ©pondre Ă  la moindre de nos questions sur le fonctionnement de la maison. Par ailleurs, toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă©taient Ă  proximitĂ© et si la fatigue des visites se faisait ressentir, il n'y avait rien de mieux que de nous prĂ©lasser dans le jacuzzi ou nous dĂ©tendre dans la piscine avec vue sur un petit jardin luxuriant. Merci pour ces moments magiques Emma et Olivier !

ns avons passer 1 exellent sejour en famille. Emma et Olivier sont des hotes tres avenants et a l ecoute. nos enfants ont adore et le sentiment de se sentir "a la maison" est vmt genial. les chambres, literies et sdb st vmt bien. 1 vrai moment de fariente grace a la belle terrasse sur la piscine et detente avec le jardin arbore. Un grand merci a Emma et Olivier... c est sur ke l on revient :)
