A wonderful weekend break

Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys.

This hotel is well-placed next to the beach and the water park.< The staff makes a great effort. They cannot be blamed for the fact that the hotel is in serious need of repairs, surface jobs, paint. Seems like the maintenance has been totally neglected. The room (biggest one they said) was too small for Northern clients. It also smelled of mold and you could see humidity damage. I did not have breakfast but those who did said not worth the price. One night was enough instead of six. Note to the management: Your business is on its way out.

le plus vieux des hÎtels du groupe exsel sur l'ile. un peu vieillot, petit déjeuner vraiment sans plus, mais le personnel est adorable. Rien à voir avec un exsel creolia par exemple. je recommande éventuellement pour les familles.

Photos du site alléchantes mais... arrivée l'aprÚs midi, piscine bondée, (évident puisque les réservations chambres débutent à partir de 14h et l'hÎtel offre prestation journée piscine à compter de 10h, une hérésie),plus de transats, eau trouble et sale, public mange et fume sur le bord du bassin malgré affichage la fréquentation maximale de la piscine est largement dépassée, l'eau du pédiluve est plus que dégueulasse... chambre non conforme à la réservation, porte serviette non stable, peinture douche vétuste, etc.. extérieur (sauf piscine) propre, et personnel accueillant.

Pas d’indication particuliĂšre pour indiquer l’emplacement de l’hĂŽtel. L’entrĂ©e et le parking sont libres - pas forcĂ©ment de place pour les rĂ©sidents de l’hĂŽtel. De plus, il n’est pas entretenu. SĂ©jour moyen -1 nuit - pas de transat Ă  la piscine pris en grande partie Ă  cause par les journĂ©es dĂ©tente- pas de service de snacking en journĂ©e mise Ă  part de la glace . AprĂšs avoir rendu la chambre Ă  11h pas de possibilitĂ© de profiter de la piscine Ă  cause des journĂ©es dĂ©tente - nous sommes conviĂ©s Ă  repartir immĂ©diatement ou consommer au restaurant pour pouvoir profiter de l’hĂŽtel. Les chambres sont petites. La baie vitrĂ©e Ă©tait abĂźmĂ©e et ne se fermait pas le soir venu. Nous avons dĂ» passer fermer celle ci par l’extĂ©rieur et repasser par la fenĂȘtre de la chambre pour pouvoir la fermer et dormir avec les baies vitrĂ©es verrouillĂ©es. Nous ne reviendrons plus
