There is one room with a window overlooking the living room, containing two beds and a hand-basin, as well as a separate WC. Another room on this level has a window overlooking the living room and a french bed. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates and a microwave. Additionally, there is a shower and WC on this floor, along with a boiler.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and has an entrance hall, two rooms with one french bed each (80 cm wide, 190 cm long), and an exit to the terrace. Another room on this level has two beds (80 cm wide, 190 cm long), and there is a bath, bidet, and WC. This floor also has a boiler.

The second upper floor features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen on this level comes equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
