Villa with sea view in Puig Sec:
Holiday house in the Costa Brava, close to the French border. Wide and elegant, this accomodation is perfect to comfortably receive up to 6 people.

The outside is divided into several terraces and garden partsthat invite you to enjoy relaxing summer moments in total privacy swimming in the pool or getting a tan in a sunbed. The terraces are furnished and you will also have a barbecuefor your outdoor meals.

The house itself has free wifi access, air conditioning and 3 nicely decorated levels : you will be amazed by the lovely views on the Mediterranean Sea.

-On the ground-floor, the entrance hall will lead you to a full-equipped kitchen and a bright sunny líving-room with furnished terrace and seaviewas well as a bedroom with 2 single beds, a complete bathroom and a separate WC.-

On the 1rst floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (each) one of which has an adjoining room with a cot for a baby. Both have
seaview.Finally, the basement includes a private garage for your car and a laundry room.

Villa Hart is situated in a quiet and residential area inbetween the pinetrees and half way to the two main beaches of L’Escala, Cala Montgo and Riells, both easily accessible by a few minutes ride by car or bicycle. Last but not least, the region is worth the visit and offers a lot of activitiessuch as trekking and watersports as well as various cultural events.

Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Breathtaking views, otherwise expect sleepless nights ...........

Had we known that this property did not have air conditioning we would certainly not have booked. There was an air conditioning system, however when we asked the property manager for information we were informed that the owner did not permit clients to use it. My son is Type 1 diabetic and the intense heat plays havoc with his blood sugar levels and he ended up unwell for a number of days as the property was boiling hot (even with the doors open). The property Manager provided 1 electric fan which although was welcomed, was certainly not enough. Also there were no instructions on how to operate the TV, so no TV for 2 weeks for a 15 year old. Considering the amount paid to hire this villa, we were extremely disappointed that there was no air conditioning and would have even paid extra prior to booking in order to use the system. Furthermore no hair drier, so one had to be purchased. Enjoyed L'Escala, however the overall experience of the property was somewhat ruined due to the lack of air conditioning. I would advise any prospective clients to think twice before booking.
