Fantastic house for a 100% Costa Brava holiday!



Villa with private pool located in Punta Montgó, a short distance from Cala Montgó beach and the fishing village of l'Escala where all necessary services, restaurants and shops for leisure time can be found.



The exterior of the house, fully fenced, has parking for 2 cars, a small garden, a private pool, a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and various porches and terraces where you can relax and enjoy sea views towards the Gulf of Roses and the Pyrenees.



The interior is divided between the main house and three annexes: an independent apartment, a studio and an indoor bar and barbecue area for meals and parties.



The main house has a large living room with fireplace and sea views, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two suites with integrated bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms.



The studio, with a small kitchen and bunk beds, is directly connected to the pool area and also to the independent bar and dining area.



The apartment, although annexed to the house, enjoys greater privacy and has a kitchen, living room, bedroom in the same environment and a bathroom with shower.



This house, with capacity for 12 people, has everything to make your stay unforgettable.

Une super villa mais quelques problèmes

Nous avons passé un super séjour car la villa était superbe avec une vue sur l'Escala imprenable et très bien placée, rien à redire sur sa beauté et son emplacement. La maison est composée de plusieurs terrasses toutes plus agréables les unes que les autres, avec un barbecue très pratique pour une soirée entre amis. La piscine était également superbe, avec un entretien régulier (2 fois par semaine). En revanche nous avons été relativement déçus sur le matériel fourni (pas de tapis de douche, pas de produits de base comme le sel ou le poivre...). Compte tenu du prix de la villa nous nous attendions à un peu plus d'implication de leur part à ce niveau-là. Aussi, nous avons eu de gros problèmes d'eau chaude et d'électricité. L'agence a directement réagi quand nous leur avons communiquer nos problèmes mais malheureusement ils se sont répétés. Un autre problème est survenu : les fourmis. Nous avons été envahis de fourmi, il ne faut laisser aucune nourriture sortie. Un dernier petit problème s’est présenté lors de notre arrivée. Nous devions arriver entre 10h et 13h. Or à 14h la maison n’était toujours pas prête, nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 16h pour pouvoir y rentrer. Pensez à appeler avant d’arriver pour être certain que la maison sera prête. Néanmoins, pour passer une belle semaine en Espagne dans une grande maison bien située avec une belle vue, ce fût un très bon choix.
