Casa El Llumis a nice summer house close to the pinewood in L’Escala. It is a two- storeys house, perfect for up to 6 persons.

You will appreciate its green garden and furnished terraces, where you will have the possibility to eat or have a drink outdoor. Maybe will you be tempted by a nap in a sunbed under the mulberry tree?

The house itself has, on ground floor, a cosy living-room with TV ans air conditionning as well as a full-equipped kitchen. On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms (two with bunkbeds, one with double bed) and a complete bathroom.

Casa El Llum is situated in the border of the village, close to the forest and less than 10 minutes driving from the main beaches of Riells and Empuries.

L'accueil de l'agence à L'Escala a été très professionnel et rapide. Je vous conseille de remplir le check-in en ligne à l'avance pour gagner du temps.Concernant la maison, notre expérience a été mitigée. L'intérieur et les équipements sont datés et nécessitent un sérieux rafraîchissement. Il serait souhaitable de mettre à jour le mobilier et de moderniser les équipements de base (cuisine, salle de bain, etc.) pour offrir un meilleur confort aux locataires.La maison est située sur une avenue très fréquentée en journée, ce qui peut être un point à considérer. En revanche, le quartier est calme la nuit.
