You will like this house in l'Escala from the first moment. As soon as we enter we find the best part of the house: the exterior. It is designed so that your holidays in l'Escala are perfect. It has a refreshing private pool, with outdoor furniture (sunbeds and large parasols) around it. The pool is surrounded by artificial grass for the comfort of the whole family. Another area equipped with a barbecue to prepare delicious meals with friends and family, and also a nice round table with benches where you can relax, play a board game or have an aperitif. Under the porch the outdoor table, covered to be able to enjoy it all the time without the sun or rain preventing us from being outside, which is what we most want in summer.



The interior of the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, a large fully equipped independent kitchen, the living-dining room, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. On this floor there is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The stairs lead us to the first floor where we find: a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe; a second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and access to the balcony on the upper floor, with views to the swimming pool; a third bedroom also with a double bed, wardrobes and access to the balcony; and finally a complete bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there are three air conditioning units, one in each bedroom.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und Außenanlage. Ausreichend großer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur, Anfragen wurden zügig und sehr nett beantwortet, eine kleine Reparatur umgehend durchgeführt.Der Ort ist im Oktober etwas ruhig, eher wenig Restaurants und Geschäfte geöffnet, aber trotzdem alles da, was man braucht.Guter Anschluss an viele andere Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder waren leider nicht einsatzbereit.Sonst alles super, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
